Replace rear garage doors. The current doors are damaged and we would like someone to uninstall the existing doors and fix the doors and a lock. I will provide the entrance lock set. Cost of the doors are $87 each at Bunnings + labour of $150 = $324 I’m willing to pay $350 for a neat job. No time wasters pls. Will only prefer someone who has done similar jobs before and will provide a quality work.

need to replace 2 locks. one is normal entry door lock, another is for french double door. it is your call to replace the whole lock or only lock cylinder. please note this case is happening when vacate the tenant enforced by police. the police and even the tenant (unlikely) will be on site too. you need to feel comfortable working under this situation. and the time is 4:30pm 31 Aug. please be absolute punctual. i do not have the detailed photo of the locks. so you might need few trips. but in the first round, we have to at lease open the lock. - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 31 August 2022
