A little bit about our home and the setup: Our folding area is upstairs, in the hallway between all the bedrooms. Air conditioning is available and work areas aw well lit. We have a "folding table" which is currently covered in clothes (see photos), but we find the master bed to be a good "staging" area. I will be working from home today and tomorrow, however we normally have cleaners on Tuesday afternoon, so I'm keen to get this deal closed as soon as possible.
