This housekeeper position is a full time role, in a residence where the owners work remotely. No child care is involved, but the successful applicant will perform pet care as part of their daily tasks, and overnight dog sitting will be requested when owners are away. The premises is a two story space that is kept in impeccable condition at all times. The position requires a detail oriented, active and energetic professional who has good time management skills, can comfortably liaise with trades, run errands and personal shop when needed. The Monday to Friday schedule involves 8am-4pm shifts. Tasks include (but are not limited to): - cleaning and laundry - grocery, gift and personal shopping - managing trades/services as required - preparing space for events and parties - general local errands as required (eg dry cleaning collection etc) - dog sitting Tasks include cleaning; this is a large space and the successful candidate will have confidence working autonomously in a large premises. They will have good time management skills and enjoy task-oriented work, along with the highest possible standards of cleaning, space styling and presentation. The position requires a calm, discreet, well organised individual with healthy energy levels, in order to complete all required tasks. Interview, recent police check, drivers licence and personal or professional references required. Renumeration can be arrange per hour as a PAYG employee or via ABN as a contractor.
