Hi Taskers, I have used this site and meet some of the best cleaners I have ever used! However I have recently found out I need surgery on my back for the second time and because of this, lately I have found that I now need help getting all our washing done and hung out, plus little duties like giving the house a good vacuume, keeping the kitchen dishes loaded in the dishwasher and just some bathroom cleaning which include two toilets and x2 bathrooms cleaned. I am looking for someone who has background in similar circumstances or a cleaner who also doesn’t mind doing laundry as part of the clean. Our house is always tidy it is just a few jobs I am now unable to do, due to not being able to bend or stand for periods of time. If you are an experienced cleaner or house worker who has worked within this type of field and are interested in 4hrs a day, twice a week at $55 ph please let me know. I may be open to discussing the rate for the right person or experience. I have never posted something like this before however due to my condition and the positive outcome I have had using this service before I thought I would see if there is anyone available on here with experience. My builders did an excellent job of getting me into my new home late today and now it's a bombsite of packaged furniture everywhere. It's definitely a 2 person job, as the outdoor table has a concrete top. Maybe even a 3 person - bring them along. Happy to pay per person per hour for as many hours as you've got, as there's a full four bed house to get through. There will also be rubbish removal required. Are you available? We are looking for a person that has some free time to do a small project for us. Will suit any one willing to dig some holes. We have a total of about 16-17m along some walls outside our house that needs to be digged down to make a trench. They need to go down two bricks (20cm) into the ground. We are planning on doing waterproofing on the outside. The ground is nice and wet/mushy now so the best time to do it is now before it dries out and becomes hard. We are looking for someone that has experience running a household effectively. I am really looking for someone who is able to complete a standard daily list (including some cleaning and meal prep) and then being able to think for themselves as to what needs to be done around the house - as if it was your own house. I can imagine the position including tasks like: cooking, cleaning, putting away laundry, organising areas in the home, some life administration tasks (such as booking the puppy in for the vaccine), keeping tabs on supplies in the house etc. essentially anything you would do to run your own household is on the cards. If you could include the answers to the following questions: - do you have experience running a household? - are you able to look around and see what needs to be done independently? - are you able to manage routine tasks independently? - are you able confident person who will be able to take charge of the tasks and not need large amounts of guidance - do you have cleaning experience? - can you cook?
