We’re looking for a reliable, friendly and detail-oriented house helper for our home in Wellington Point. We are all busy and would love someone to come once a week for around 4 hours to help keep the house clean, tidy, organised and manageable. Ideally, we would love to find the same person for ongoing weekly work. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 separate toilet. Tasks would include: * General weekly cleaning: vacuuming, mopping, dusting and wiping surfaces * General tidying of the home, including shared spaces and bedrooms if needed * Tidying bedrooms as necessary, such as making beds, clearing surfaces, organising visible clutter, and keeping rooms feeling neat * Cleaning 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet * Kitchen reset: dishes, benches, sink, general tidying and whatever needs doing * Laundry help: putting on a couple of loads if needed, keeping the laundry room tidy, and placing any clean laundry on beds * Changing bedding every two weeks * Monthly deeper clean, such as skirting boards, more detailed bathroom/kitchen clean, dusting harder-to-reach areas, etc. We have a friendly but large dog, so you must be comfortable around dogs. We’re happy to put him outside while cleaning if preferred. We will provide all cleaning products and equipment. We’re looking for someone who is trustworthy, consistent, efficient, comfortable working in a share house, and happy to take initiative with what needs doing each week.
