Hi! I’m looking for a home cook or meal prep helper to come once a week (preferably Sunday) to cook 5–6 large family-style meals for a household of 9 people (5 adults + 4 children). We need someone who can follow specific dietary needs: • Gluten-free • Dairy-free • Halal • Ideally familiar with or open to TCM-inspired (Traditional Chinese Medicine) food principles (e.g. warm-natured meals, simple ingredients), if possible if not that’s alright. Meals should be cooked in bulk (approx. 18–20 servings per dish), portioned into containers, and cover both dinners and next-day lunches. Duties include: – Cooking 5–6 main meals – Preparing rice/grains, proteins, chopped veg if needed – Portioning food into containers – Light cleanup of kitchen All ingredients will be provided. Basically Im a single mum with a 9 month old baby so i dont get too much spare time between him and my side job, which can take up quite a lot of time and creates more mess and with my adhd and lack of organisation skills it can become very stressful to wake up in an unorganised chaotic environment which then makes it hard to focus when i have a messy house!
