I’m an adult beginner looking to learn to swim properly and build strong fundamentals with someone experienced in teaching adults, rather than primarily children. A few important details: * I am negatively buoyant (I naturally sink more easily), so I’m looking for someone who understands body positioning, movement efficiency and adapting teaching approaches accordingly. * Initial focus should include: * breathing techniques * floating/body positioning * sculling * treading water * swimming mechanics and technique fundamentals * beginner swimming foundations I would eventually want to learn to freestyle laps Preferences: * One-on-one coaching * Western suburbs preferred ( but i’m flexible ) * AUSTSWIM or Swim Australia qualifications preferred * Strong preference for instructors experienced with adult beginners * If you already work out of, have access to, or regularly coach at aquatic centres/pools, that would be a major bonus * Happy to pay additional pool entry, lane hire or facility costs if required Please include: 1.
