Schedule informative sewing lessons in VIC

I have just bought a sewing machine, and I have never learn how to sew before. Looking for a teacher to teach me how to sew. I need a 2 hours lesson.

I’m an amateur sewer, mainly self taught, very much a beginner but with a lot of enthusiasm! I’ve got what may seem a strange request, I don’t really want to make clothes for myself at this stage, I want to make very small scale clothing. I'm wanting classes at my home, probably 2 hours per fortnight or sometimes weekly. There’s a book (actually four now) by Sarah Peel, of Coolcrafting in London, about a character called Luna Lapin and her friends. She’s a felt rabbit that I hand make and occasionally sell or gift but the patterns to make her clothing are quite challenging and involved and I really need some assistance learning how to create them. Is this something you would consider teaching me? I’m also very interested in learning to make small bags such as the By Annie range. Again, I just need the tuition and assistance to get going and continue to learn the skills involved. I wanted to start with a thread holding zip up bag. I have all of the materials, patterns, books etc. and am ready to go when you are if you’re interested? I live opposite IKEA/Vic Gardens so there is plenty of parking. I would really like the chance to meet you and see if we click! The price I would pay is per hour starting with a fortnightly 2 hour lesson preferably on a Thursday morning. - Due date: Flexible
