Looking for a chess tutor in person for my 6 year old boy

I'm looking for someone to teach me how to play good chess. I am essentially at the beginner level maybe slightly above, meaning I understand the basics of opening game, middle game and end game. I know a couple of white openings but that's about it. I'm not sure what an appropriate rate is, so I have just put $5 as an arbitrary amount. I would prefer to do the lessons in person, however if you have a good online chess platform which we can use, I'm open to trying that out also. You will need to provide evidence to me of your credentials, background experience, capabilities, any competitions you have been in and/or won and general experience in the area of chess.
