Front yard: Build bin access ramp. Next to neighbours black mulch in picture. Would require removal and disposal of pebble in the photo on ramp area. Made with gravel and gravel sand, followed by Tuscan topping. If required digging and removal of soil. Although want to get this done in concrete but avoiding it for budged reasons so need alternative. Artificial turf installation (inside retaining wall) Soil levels looks good, but happy for more digging if required. Fill gravel, gravel sand Compact both gravel and sand. Install artificial turf. Create a central tree cut-out with wood edging within turf. Cut grass and mowing grass, line trimming - front and back yard. Front yard is very very minimal. Back yard grass has grown. Size of back yard is not very big. Dry leaves around the house to be removed and weeds grown have to be removed neatly. All waste that cannot fit in the green bin has to be taken away. Preferred time to get the job done is start around 10am.and finish by 1pm any week day. Thank you.
