1. Lay approximately 33m² of TifTuf Bermuda Grass across Area 1 and Area 2 (see attached photo). 2. The areas have an approximate 5° slope, so turf must be laid horizontally in a brick pattern. 3. I will supply the turf and sandy loam soil (100mm depth). 4. When the soil is delivered, spread and level it evenly across both areas to approximately 100mm thickness. 5. Install timber sleeper edging (up to 18m, as shown in the picture). 6. The edging will use 200 x 100mm H4 treated pine sleepers. 7. Install the sleepers using steel pegs for secure fixing. 8. You will supply all materials for the edging installation (sleepers, pegs, and any other required items). 9. Both areas will be pre-scraped to a 150mm depth before work begins.
