Victa Super Mulcher 18”. After I swapped the blades over last week the engine felt a bit rough and shook around a bit more than normal. Otherwise fine. Today the engine was revving high then low, high then low repeatedly. I turned it off. On turning it back on it began to backfire loudly so I’ve shut it off. It needs a general service anyway - Unsure what’s causing the issue. Looking for an experienced repairer to help bring the engine back to normal running conditions again.

Need someone to dig out weeds in this area, lay top soil so it’s flat and wintergreen couch. I would prefer if access was around the side of the house via path. However if this isn’t possible access is via the front yard however I have established lawns so I wouldn’t want this ruined (picture provided). Flexible with timing. Looking for quotes. Please ensure soil and turf is quoted.
