We are a NDIS company with over 14 clients requiring lawn maintenance every fortnight. Tasks will include: Lawn mowing, Weeding, Hedge trimming, clippings and Garden cleanup About the position: >Rate: $38.34/hr >Conditions: we pay a minimum of 2hrs per job (that is, if the job takes 45min to complete, you still get paid for 2hrs. And if the job takes more than 2hrs, you get paid for the extra hours). You'll be required to use your own equipments. You will be responsible for managing your own roster, but all jobs must be completed before the end of each fortnight. You can decide to work under the company or as an independent contractor. We have a clock-in and clock-out system we use to keep track of all jobs and photos must be submitted for all jobs done.
