The job would include: - Remove existing poor grass, weeds/bindii as required - Remove the existing stepping stones/pavers, including the concrete/cement underneath (in photo the area with swing) - Dispose of pavers/concrete and other waste - Fill and properly prepare the areas left by the pavers - Prepare/loosen and level the soil across the lawn - Supply/add suitable turf underlay/topsoil as required - Supply and lay buffalo turf, preferably matching the existing buffalo - Turf over the areas where the stepping stones are currently located - Ensure finished levels are even and suitable around fences/deck/other existing surfaces - Clean up on completion The area is partially shaded, but we already have buffalo growing successfully in the adjacent section. There is a council sewer manhole beneath a separate timber access cover near the fence, which must remain undisturbed and accessible. Our priority is removing the stepping stones and creating a safe, comfortable lawn. I need my yard 17m x 10m mowed (grass is long and thick and I need the fence line whipper snippered. Particularly one fence line (17m) where the grass is pulling the fence pails off. You’ll need a super strong machine to cut into the thick grass along that fence line. We need to cut it all back from the fence line. You’ll also need to take the grass with you.
