I need some help to do some mowing of my front and backyard, as well as remove some weeds that are going out of control

Looking for someone to mow my small front lawn, do a tidy edge along the concrete paths, and whipper snip around the fence lines and garden borders. Mow large yard. It’s a 1400sqm block. Have entered low price because I’m not sure what to expect for quotes.
