Need to install a retaining wall at the front of my property

We have a garden bed in the back yard that has too much dirt, we would like it level / flush with the edging pavers. We're looking for someone to shovel and wheelbarrow the excess dirt down the side path to the front driveway and put into our ute.

We have a 1m high x 20m long existing retaining wall that we need capped. There is existing mortar that needs to be chipped away/ removed and then the capping put on. We have the bricks and actually did the job ourselves (clearly not brickies) and it came down after the big storm a few weeks back.
