Work has commenced and topsoil/turf underlay is already on site. Work required: * Spread remaining topsoil * Grade and level front and backyard * Establish correct falls/drainage * Remove remaining rocks/debris * Prepare compacted/uneven areas Fencing will then be installed, after which we would like you to return for final levelling and turf-bed preparation. Potential to also assist with laying turf. Front yard is sloping; backyard relatively flat. Entire project needs to be completed by 12 September.
