There is a small garden area in my backyard, and I need someone to come and dig up a trench that is about 3-4m long, 40cm wide and 40cm deep so that I can plant things there. There is a lot of old mulch and roots in the soil that need to be removed from the property, so you will need a wheelbarrow and a trailer to take away the organic matter. You will need a sharper tool like a pick axe to cut away at some of the underground stubborn roots. I have just had a trench dug with an excavator on my property and it needs to be cleared of any remaining fill etc and we need to place a layer of about 100mm of clean sand in the bottom of the trench. I need trenches dug to lay and level x3 gabian planter boxes. Boxes are approx 2.6m x 90cm but trenches only needs to be 2.6m long by 15cm wide (distance between internally and external wall). We need a trench dug along a fence line to plant bamboo. It needs to be 8m long, 1m wide and at least 80cm deep. The soil is quite hard/compacted. There is also a small tree stump (already half dug out) for you to remove within that section. A chainsaw could be ideal for removing this, or perhaps it could be dug out. You don’t need to do the planting, just the digging. Soil does not need to be taken away, it can just be put to the side. I need someone to carry buckets of blue metal down the side passage of my house to someone else who is setting an ag pipe into a trench that has already been dug out. Blue metal pile is at the foot of the trench. Carrying distance is 1 metre to 12 metres.
