Strip footing is to be quoted separately and will involve the formwork and rebar. Concrete supply will be arranged by owner. Besser Block wall to be finished with capping beam after concrete poured into voids (again concrete by owner) Additional opportunity to render and paint finished wall.

I need around 12 sq mts of soil dug up and sifted for rock. Clean fill placed back in dug out area. It should take no more than 4-5 hours. $50 per hour. Also need 2 cubic meters of fresh top soils spread out to level out around 30 squares of grass area, ready for seeding. Tools supplied but an extra barrow would help.
