Requirement: - Timber sleeper/s required to be installed under the colorbond fence to serve as an edging. - Approx 50mm dig/clearing required due to existing weeds in the whole area. For A1 - 1 drainage pit will require 100mm riser (450 x450) with notch for existing grates to go over (in A1) - Levelling of the surface - Supply and Installation of weed mat to cover the whole area - Approx 100mm deep backfill (crusher dust or similar material) will be required where artificial turf needs to be installed. - Supply and install artificial turf approx 35mm -40mm thick For A2 - Supply and Installation of weed mat to cover the whole area with holes for plants. - Backfilling to reach the level of the pit and grading of the surface towards the pit - Provide garden soil/top soil for the area (approx 100mm deep will be required) - Install plants (I will provide) - Supply and place mulch -Edging needs to be installed where this area meets A1 and A3. For A3 - Supply and Installation of weed mat to cover the whole area - Backfilling to reach the level of the pit and grading of the surface towards the pit - Supply and install Pebbles with stepping stone. (100mm thick layer) Provide Quote for the above works as separate for A1, A2, and A3. Access is constrained as it is at the back of an apartment building. We are very passionate about having a productive, native garden with minimal turf - whilst still being a suitable space for our family. We need some very basic landscaping done. Some pavers laid in concrete. The rest of the yard filled with crush dust or road base and cemeted down as there is a site shed going in at the front. The pavers will be around the site shed location. See photos attached. Where the paint tins are thats where the site shed will be sitting. There needs to be some angle for rain water flow as well. The pavers in the photos are the jist of how theyre going to be laid. The front row 30 x 60 and behind it the 60 x 60 pavers.

Have 5 solid rocks (3 small and 2 large) used for water fountain. Need to pickup and relocate a few metres away to middle of backyard. Rock is very heavy may need at least 3 strong people
