We supply all plants (96, mostly 140–200 mm pots, plus one 300 mm tree), compost, mulch and edging. Please quote two options: Option A – lift turf from bed areas and remove it from site, clear fence-line weeds, dig in compost (~2 m³), install front-bed edging (~20 m), then plant everything, stake the tree, mulch (~6.3 m³) and water in. Option B – the same bed preparation only (turf, weeds, compost, edging); we'll do the planting and mulching ourselves. Please include a fixed price for each option (incl. GST), how many days each takes, your earliest start date, and whether green waste removal is included. Drip irrigation installation can be priced as an optional extra. There are 3 things we need to accomplish. 1. Existing area has been scraped clean, however have a pile of about 2-3 m3 of soil/clay to be moved elsewhere on our own property, about 40m away. Existing area may need a very quick once over in a few spots to get it just right before soil. 2. Spread and level approx 15m3 of under turf soil across a 130m2 area around 3 sides of a pool. Will have soil on site ready to go for you. The only limiting access issues is down one side of the pool which is 1800mm. 3. We have had a sandstone wall put in, however after some small revisions of where things are going, the steps we put in need to be moved / reset approx. 400mm across. The sandstone blocks are 1000x500x200 (approx. 240kg) each. Need to lift these 3 blocks out and reset the bottom one. Will require earthmoving equipment.
