I need someone to remove the existing lawn and weeds from an area of approximately 30 m², clear and dispose of all green waste and rubbish, properly prepare and level the ground, and install artificial grass. The area is located at the front of the house and has easy access from the street and footpath, making it easy to bring in equipment and remove waste. The job includes: - Removing the existing lawn and weeds - Removing and disposing of all green waste and rubbish - Preparing and levelling the ground for artificial grass - Installing and properly securing the artificial grass - Leaving the area clean, level and ready to use - Taking care not to damage the existing reticulation/irrigation system during the work Please provide a quote including labour, materials, artificial grass and removal/disposal of all waste.
