I’m looking for someone experienced with submersible bores and pump installation to assist with the following: Pull the existing bore pump (approx. 45 m deep, submersible). Connect the new pump and motor to existing poly pipework (the new motor is being wired up by a licensed electrician this Monday, with new cable already run). Reinstall/drop the pump back down the bore safely. Details: Location: Maida Vale Pump depth: ~45 m Bore type: submersible Access: flat block with good clearance around the bore Timing: after the sparky completes the wiring on Monday, flexible on exact time/day You will need appropriate lifting gear (tripod/hoist/chain block or equivalent) to safely pull and reinstall the pump. Requirements: Experience handling and installing bore pumps. Able to safely manage ~100 kg+ load (pump + pipe + water). Bring your own lifting equipment and tools.

A large marri tree with 3 main trunks has come down across 2 properties and crushed our neighbour's shed. 2 trunks are on his and 1 is on ours. We need the trees chainsawed into pieces we can handle, so we can transfer the pieces all onto our side. If you want to take some for firewood you are welcome to. Payment will be made on completion of the whole job as specified. You will need to supply all your own equipment and safety gear.

Remove weeds/grass & top of soil. Flatten ground to allow placement of 2 high colourbond raised garden beds. Put pavers around garden beds like a path.
