He have a colour bond fence and concrete sleeper retaining wall. When this was build the retaining wall should have been one sleeper higher. We would like to get advice if it is possible to rectify that. Take colour bond panels off Install one more row of concrete sleepers Put colourbodn fence back. I would need to know A. Is that possible to attach the new concrete sleeper on top of the old ones B: can we put the fence eback up without triggering council approval because if the total height.
