Find an experienced retaining wall contractor in Cherrybrook

Summary: need support to submit a development plan for a retaining wall in Hornsby Shire councils. The wall will have a few sections with approximate total length of 25 metres, and height of 60cm and up to 100cm in some places. I am building a garden shed too on a wooden deck due to steep slope of property- in a high fire zone. I will do all building myself but need support to achieve development approval. Would like to start asap. Retaining wall: I'm planning to build a retaining wall and garden shed at my property in Cherrybrook NSW 2126 which is Hornsby Council. I think I need Council approval because the planned retaining wall is less then 2 metres from the house structure and I may want to go a little higher than 600mm in a few places. I am replacing an existing retaining wall but I doubt there is already approval for it. The shed: I'd like to build a large (approx 20 sq metres) shed, too. Don't think I need approval for that but am building on a steep slop and will need to build a wooden deck to place it on. I think fire retardant materials are needed for except development. Hi I currently have an inconvenient latch/hook sticking out of a retaining wall block. The current location is a step from grass area to entertainment outdoor area - trip hazard! I need someone to replace into a recessed latch that can sit flush with top of the brick.
