We are preparing a property for sale in the next 1–3 months and are looking to simplify and tidy both the front and back yards to improve presentation. Backyard: The rear yard is partially paved. There is a raised section with a ramp that needs to be removed. We would like the raised section levelled and made more cohesive. We are considering installing either gravel, real lawn, or a combination of both. We are also considering defining a simple BBQ area near the fence (but are open to your advice on the best value-for-money layout). The goal is clean, low-maintenance, and sale-ready — not a full redesign. Front yard: We plan to remove the existing raised garden beds. We would like to retain the central paver pathway. We are considering installing pale crushed gravel throughout the remaining area. We will be keeping the two citrus trees and would like structured, minimal planting along both sides of the path or along fence. Again, the aim is simple, modern, and low maintenance. Additional works: All fencing will be painted. We are open to practical suggestions, but the focus is improving presentation for sale without overcapitalising.

I need around 12 sq mts of soil dug up and sifted for rock. Clean fill placed back in dug out area. It should take no more than 4-5 hours. $50 per hour. Also need 2 cubic meters of fresh top soils spread out to level out around 30 squares of grass area, ready for seeding. Tools supplied but an extra barrow would help.
