Looking for an experienced landscaper to complete landscaping works at a brand-new duplex build. Scope of works: - Level and prepare ground ready for landscaping/turf. - Supply and install suitable topsoil/turf underlay as required. - Supply and install Buffalo grass/turf. Front yard mainly requires levelling/preparation before turf installation. Backyard behind one duplex may require approximately 100mm excavation/removal of existing material to allow for topsoil and new turf. Skip bin will be provided onsite for disposal of excavated material. Leave completed areas level, neat and properly finished. Please provide a quote including labour, Buffalo turf, topsoil/underlay and all materials required to complete the works. Site is a new build with access available. I’m looking for an experienced landscaper/landscaping handyman to renovate my existing backyard into a low-maintenance, outdoor entertaining area. This is a south facing yard so half of the backyard doesn't get full sun in winter. 1. Replace and/or update timber sleeper retaining walls for a more modern look. A 2-3m section of the garden bed to the left needs to be removed for paving all the way to the fence line 2. Remove all trees at the back fence line. To be replaced by planting lilly pilly or other appropriate privacy plants. Other general clean up of garden beds for a low maintenance outcome 3. Remove timber sleepers on the ground and replace with pavers. Pavers to extend 3m into the grass/lawn to allow for outdoor furniture to be placed here (total area to be paved is around 27m2) 4. Remove pavers in front of shed and prepare area between pavers and retaining wall for turf 5. Side passage needs a refresh with stepping pavers to the side gate 6. Mulching - Carry and lay 1.5m³ redwood chips from front yard to back yard (30m and up 6 steps). Also laying some weed mat where needed. Pebbles - Lay cowra pebbles 20mm (1 tonne) on top of existing pebbles on front yard and side sections. All mulch/pebbles/weed mat on site already Requirement: Own equipment (wheelbarrow/shovel)

Landscaping – SOW is to remove some shrubs and stumps in existing gardens, plant new hedging plants, reuse the Agapanthus by replanting in a uniform row on border of garden, install new garden edging to nature strip (approx. 30mm), install water dripper system where possible, mulch all gardens with 10mm pine bark or similar.

Need someone (or 2 people) who is very, very strong to move some very heavy rocks. See photos: 1. Move rocks down some steps 2. Move rocks out of empty pond 1: I need someone to move most of these rocks shown in the photos (In the first photo : We can leave a couple there there -just one level of rocks, maybe 2 high as long as it looks neat). The white string shows the boundary between my property and the neighbours I need the rocks moved to the area past the bottom of stairs- see next photo. I was standing in roughly the same spot on the steps when I took both Photos 1snd 2- one looking up at the rocks and one looking down the stairs to show where the rocks need to be moved to. I haven’t measured the stairs but it is about 25-30metres or so to the end From where the rocks are. 2.: I have more rocks that need to be moved from an empty pond (see final photos), which is just behind the area in the first photo- but most of these just need to be moved to an area next to the pond (see final photos of empty pond)- although the extra large rocks (about 4) will need to be moved down the steps too. Maybe you would need a large strong wheelbarrow, or use some techniques to move them as they are very heavy- I included photos of a tape measure so you can see the rough size of some of them.

I have some firewood stored in the driveway. I need to move it up to the back veranda. It’s about 100 m away and there are three stairs.

We will have 1 tonne of gravel delivered and it needs carting around the back and spreading on an area 3.5 X 4.4 x 50mm deep around a fire pit. We have an aluminium edging that needs fixing into the ground prior. (See pics)
