This is a small backyard of a townhouse; the lawn is uneven and I don’t think top dressing itself is enough, might need removing some soil and placing them in another section of the lawn (if soil is still good to use) It will also need so lawn coring for aeration, preferably with a heavy-duty equipment as the soil feels hard (maybe compacted soil, but not sure). Lastly, will need some fertilising. We have only one green waste bin if needed. Equipments available are basic ones, so might be better to bring your own.
