I want this area cleaned, leveled and prepared to eventually lay turf or possibly even sprinkle seeds for grass to grow. The bricks in the centre can be removed and soil filled into it. Can be done with either small 1-1.5tonne excavator or by hand, I don't care which. I just want it done. Ps. Please, if it's someone who's going to do it with hand I don't want to hear throughout the job "oh, I'm very tired, it's a big job, only for you I do this price" etcetc Also ps. I CAN have this job done in less than $400 by easily renting a small excavator for $300 but don't have the time. With excavator it shouldn't take more than 2-3hrs.
