The job is on the side of the house, covering an area of approximately 5 m². As shown in the photos, part of the area has already been dug up. The soil needs to be removed to a depth of at least 10 cm to be at the correct height to enable bricks to be laid. Once the soil has been removed, sand will need to be spread out and compacted down, sloping away from the house towards the fence ready for the bricks to be laid. Please note this job doesn't involve laying the bricks. The area should be dug right up to the existing house and fence without disturbing or damaging the house or fence, or the pipes that run along the house. Please refer to the photos showing what soil has been removed to date. All the excavated material needs to be removed from the site. Some soil has already been bagged in bags, which will also need to be taken away. There are about 10 bags that have soil in them and will need to be removed as well as the soli that is dug up. Access: There is side access to the area from the front of the property through a gate (shown in the photo with the bagged soil). This access is narrow and does not fit a wheelbarrow any wider than 60cm.

I need 3 large pot-plants repositioned - it will probably take 10-15 minutes max. The 3 pot plants need to be moved from the artificial grass area to around the corner (see picture) totalling approximately 10 meters (same ground level). To move the 3 pots, you will need a trolley with straps so the pots can be moved (preventing scratches or snapping of the cactus in one of the pots). They need to be moved with a trolley to be carefully pushed / or pulled up the street gutter. Please see the picture. In summary: The 3 pots (in the 3 red squares in the picture) just need to be moved from the artificial grass area and moved to the section with the other plants (the final positioning is not strict - anywhere along that skinny footpath is fine).
