Looking for someone experienced in landscape design to come and give us some ideas and a rough sketch of what we can with our front and back yard. We have a 700sqm sloping block.

Landscape Architect/designer required for landscape design of newly built home (sides, front and backyard ). Please see the ttached photos. The design to included: 1. Detailed 2D landscape plan with setback and dimensions; 2. Custom planting schedule; 3. 3D modelling, rendering and visualisation; 4. Selection of material schedule and colour scheme; 5. Technical plan outlining levels and drainage 6. Multiple revisions; 7. Source files to be included. 8. Provide cost estimate for material and labour if possible. I have a rough idea of what I want so I I’ll supply the following; 1. site plan ( see attched photo) 2. My personal rough sketch 3. Inspiration photos. 4. A brief discussion to explain my vision and expectation. I am open to any suggestions as to what to include so please make suggestions.

I am looking for a landscaping design of our small sloped backyard in Frankston. We prefer a design only as we have qualified friends and family who can do the work. The backyard is predominantly grass with some Pittosporum trees along the fence. There is a large concrete retaining wall on one side. The backyard is quite sloped on one side. We are looking to turn this into a much nicer space, with more usable space. This could include tiered garden beds, proper hedging along the fence line, and a way to improve the look of the concrete retaining wall.

We have a separate job to clear away a terrible existing landscaping where retaining walls have rotted, fake grass has degraded and it creates dangerous stumbling obstacles. We want someone to redesign the landscape for low maintenance, fit in storage for bins and bikes and provide a separate way to walk around a car that might be drive. We have ideas but hope yours are better. Site is 7m deep, 4,4 wide and has a rise of .55m from front fence to front of house level. Drive way rises evenly at angle.
