Need the front yard area (roughly between 4m X 4m area) prepared for artificial grass install. The only preparation needed is the removal of grass from the ground. you will need to cut top surface of lawn and use a rake bucket to shake the sand off the removed lawn, area to remain flat as it is now. All green waste can be left on site, no need to take to the tip. Not more than half an hours worth of work. See image attached of the front yard area in question. Price and timing are both important, house is advertised to be sold soon, so the sooner I do the artificial grass the better for me.
