Need an experienced irrigation installer to install and/or reconnect drip-line irrigation to existing garden beds at a rental property. Garden beds: Front bed (L-shape): approx. 4m x 4m Side bed: approx. 10m straight run Rear bed (L-shape): approx. 7m x 7m Scope: Front bed already has drip line installed but it is disconnected due to a leaking tap fitting. Reconnect using a better-quality fitting and preferably add a second line for improved coverage. Side bed requires a new drip-line installation. Tap is only about 1m away. Rear bed has an existing line to part of the bed, but I may choose to add a second line for better coverage. Tap is approximately 5m away. There are existing Holman timers/controllers installed. They may just need fresh 9V batteries, but happy to take your advice on whether they are suitable to keep using. Objective: This is a rented investment property, so I want a reliable, fully automatic "set and forget" system. Once installed and programmed, tenants should not need to do anything other than leave the taps turned on. The job sounds longer than it is because I've included plenty of detail. For someone experienced with irrigation systems, it should be very straightforward. Don't quote me but having done it amateur style myself a few times it should take a couple of hours or so.

The garden needs to be weeded and then mulched. I have 2 bags of 50kg mulch. The back yard also needs a tidy up with raking some debris into the green bins.

Basically, need to hedge/shape the: - front Viburnum hedge - Viburnums on side of house which are around 3-4m tall...need to bring those down to about 3m and also trim them back to towards the boundary - Lily Pillies at rear of house (currently circa 5m)....need to reduce height to about 4m and trim them back. Also need to go into teh neighbours property..I have their permission to trim them back towards the boundary fence - Viburnums on side of rear - a few have died and they're in quite a sad state...just cut what you see down to 2m and trim them back so neat and tidy. - Neghbours olive tree and a couple of other small trees are overhanging my property....just cut them back to boundary as far as possible.
