Small budget landscape makeover for a very neglected townhouse courtyard. We are new tenants, its not our property but have permission from the landlord to fix up the yard, and I'd like the yard to look alot nicer. Need a labourer to move 5m3 of soil from front yard to back yard with a wheelbarrow. There is only 850mm access down the side of the house. Shovel, wheelbarrow, closed in shoes and sun safety required. We have budgeted $40 per hour. A couple of hours to reduce the size of the soil pile would be appreciated, but would love the whole pile moved.
