Hi. I would like to have the old sleeper garden edging in the rear corner of the yard replaced with suitable timber sleepers bolted or screwed to uprights. As seen in the photos there are approximately 12 sleepers (2 sleepers high in sections) plus 13 or so sleeper uprights. The old materials and some soil will need to be removed (I'm happy to take away the old sleepers /offcuts and spoil can be relocated around the gardens if needed). You and/or your team need to be experienced and have your own tools, drill, saw etc The tenants have asked for it to be done either on Mon 21st or Tues 22nd or Wed 23rd (school holidays start) - I can't be flexible once the exact day/date is locked in sorry. Trying to be as less stressful to them as possible. As part of the arrangement with tenants, I will need to be there in attendance so happy to assist with digging, barrow, small talk or just stay out of the way :) Let me know your thoughts and any questions. There are 3 things we need to accomplish. 1. Existing area has been scraped clean, however have a pile of about 2-3 m3 of soil/clay to be moved elsewhere on our own property, about 40m away. Existing area may need a very quick once over in a few spots to get it just right before soil. 2. Spread and level approx 15m3 of under turf soil across a 130m2 area around 3 sides of a pool. Will have soil on site ready to go for you. The only limiting access issues is down one side of the pool which is 1800mm. 3. We have had a sandstone wall put in, however after some small revisions of where things are going, the steps we put in need to be moved / reset approx. 400mm across. The sandstone blocks are 1000x500x200 (approx. 240kg) each. Need to lift these 3 blocks out and reset the bottom one. Will require earthmoving equipment.
