Garden, retaining wall, driveway & mulch – handyman needed We are doing up the property for sale and are looking for a reliable handyman/gardener to complete several outdoor jobs and generally leave the area looking neat and presentable. The jobs include: • Repair and secure the edging/bedding edge around a flower bed. • Secure a slightly damaged retaining wall – it is basically sound but needs some attention to make it firm and secure. • Fill and repair several holes in the driveway. • Supply and spread mulch over approximately 30 m² around the garden area. The aim is to get these areas looking tidy, secure and presentable for sale, rather than undertake major rebuilding or landscaping. I’m looking for someone who can assess the work, supply any basic materials required and complete everything properly, preferably in one visit. Budget: $650–$750, depending on the materials required and the extent of the retaining-wall repair. Please quote for the whole job, rather than an hourly rate.
