Conduct a site visit to Unit 1 (Existing unit-64A Baden Powell Drive, Frankston South), assess the works, complete a gap analysis, and prepare a work plan and quotation. Landscaping must comply with the approved landscaping plans. Only Unit 1 needs to be landscaped. The other 2 units in the plans don't exist yet.

I have a bunch of trees i have felled, looking to get them all mulched and mulch taken with you. They have been cut down in the last two weeks so fairly fresh, cut down into managable branches and alighned to easily drag them to the front of the house. All thicker pieces have been cut down and wont need chipping. All the hard work is done, just need to drag it into your chipper and take it away! Please see attached photos.

Moonah trees from garden to be mulched or removed. Pile is Around 8 mtrs long and 1 to 1&1/2 meters wide. Branches and some narrow trees. Nothing that was wide at the base.

Some of it needs to go along a sloping fence line and you’ll be required to walk steps up and down with a large bucket. The other garden beds are close to the pile. Looking to have this area (first three pics) landscaped: 1) remove green ground cover. 2) minor digging out and flattening of the spaces between the established pavers. 3) install steel garden edging on house side of path (pic provided as a guide). 4) install weedmat throughout the prepared space. 5) install and compact approx 30mm crushed rock base. Maybe .5 cubic metre? 6) install pea gravel (we’ll choose one for you) another .5 cubic metre. (Sample pic attached) We’ll pay for all materials but will have you collect them. Include costs associated with removing rubbish/waste when done in your quote.

Re-instate low voltage garden up lights. Some have had wires cut by subsequent landscaping. Some have been displaced and may need to be moved.

Timber decked entry walkway needs staining and sprucing up and retaining walls need painting

I need the gravel and the sand to make a patio.

I need around 12 sq mts of soil dug up and sifted for rock. Clean fill placed back in dug out area. It should take no more than 4-5 hours. $50 per hour. Also need 2 cubic meters of fresh top soils spread out to level out around 30 squares of grass area, ready for seeding. Tools supplied but an extra barrow would help. Happy to discuss further works to be done.
