Hi, I’m looking for a quote on a full front yard landscaping and fencing. For the fencing I need the existing white picket fence removed and disposed of, replaced with a new white aluminium picket fence at 1.5m height across the full front boundary, with a motorised sliding driveway gate if possible (electric with remotes, solar powered) and a pedestrian gate on one side. For the paving I need ivory travertine rectangular pavers laid across the entire front yard, over the existing concrete pad at the base of the stairs, and step capping on the existing stairs with matching travertine, all with full base prep including excavation, compacted gravel and bedding sand where required, polymeric sand in all joints for weed prevention, and sealed on completion. For the general yard I need all existing lawn and grass removed, landscape fabric under the paver base, and full cleanup and green waste disposal. The fence needs to be completed before paving begins. I’d love for you to come out for a site visit to measure up and provide a detailed quote covering labour and materials. Every time it rains, the pool ends up going extremely green, or fills up with dirt. This is because the backyard and around the pool lacks drainage and the water has no where to go to.
