Looking for a skilled kitchen installer for a straightforward cabinet install job. Cabinetry and benchtop are being supplied by a cabinet maker — this job is installation only. Rough kitchen design attached for reference (laid out using IKEA's planner tool, but the kitchen itself is not IKEA). Scope of works: - Build a pine plinth for the base cabinets to sit on - Install 7 assembled base cabinet carcasses, including attaching doors - Replace 7 upper cabinet doors (new doors supplied, existing upper cabinets are staying — doors only) - Fix approx. 17 new knobs to cabinet doors and drawers - Install new timber benchtop, including cutout for a top-mount sink - Fit side panels and kicker board to finish the kitchen What's needed: Experience installing kitchen cabinetry and benchtops (non-negotiable — please don't apply without this) Own tools required Must be comfortable with precise cutout work (sink cutout in timber benchtop) Materials: All cabinetry, doors, benchtop, knobs and hardware supplied. Installer needs to bring plinth timber (pine) unless otherwise arranged, and general fixings/tools.

Hello, doing a kitchen Reno so need a plumber to disconnect the oven/cap off the gas as not using gas anymore. Hopefully move the oven outside. Needing kitchen water lines to sink be disconnected in preparation for demolition.

More 3D design files will be available when required. Cabinets: already assembled, they simply need installation. There are no overhead cabinets. Benchtops: need modifying so shall require accurate measurements and cutting as well as cutting the openings for sink and cooktop. See photos for more explanation on the most difficult cuts.... Additiolnally, excess materials to be cut for shelving (also to be installed). All finishes like silicon and edge trimming for cut bench tops to be included in quote. Looking for a licensed plumber and electrician (or a team capable of both trades) to carry out works associated with a new kitchen installation in Mordialloc. The kitchen layout will remain largely unchanged, with the sink, oven, cooktop and dishwasher staying substantially in their current locations. Electrical works: - Disconnect existing appliances during demolition. - Supply and install a dedicated circuit from the switchboard for a new induction cooktop. - Wire and connect the induction cooktop. - Reconnect existing electric oven. - Relocate or install any required power points. - Test and provide compliance certificates. Plumbing / Gas works: - Disconnect and permanently cap the existing gas line to the cooktop. - Install and connect the new sink and mixer tap. - Reconnect dishwasher. - Carry out any minor plumbing adjustments required to suit the new cabinetry. - Test and certify works where required. The work will need to be completed in stages and coordinated with the kitchen installers: - Initial disconnects during demolition. - Rough-in after old kitchen removal. - Final fit-off after cabinets and benchtops are installed.
