Kitchen De-installation and New Kitchen Installation – Quote / Hourly Rates Required Seeking expressions of interest from experienced carpenters, cabinet installers or kitchen installers for the de-installation of an existing kitchen and installation of a new kitchen. The old kitchen includes existing cabinetry, sink, dishwasher space, pantry/fridge/wall oven areas and associated bench/cabinet runs as shown in the supplied measurements. The new kitchen is to be installed in accordance with the supplied “New Kitchen Design FINAL” plan, including base and upper cabinetry, tall cabinetry, appliance housings and associated fit-off of the provided kitchen components. The design includes cabinetry to multiple walls, a fridge/oven/tall cabinet section, sink/bench cabinetry and upper cabinets as shown in the plan and elevations. The scope will also include construction of a new floor-to-ceiling, non-structural stud wall/partition approximately 2600mm high, which will support and allow fixing of upper cabinets. The wall is to be constructed suitable for cabinet attachment and support. Timing: De-installation can commence when convenient. In my Mother's tenanted unit, unfortunately the kitchen tap connection has leaked causing under bench cabinets to rot and partly rot the bench top. We intend to install a Bunnings kitchen and need somebody to remove the old stuff and then reinstall the new cabinets and bench top. To save time, we have purchased a new timber bench top, currently stored in the garage. Somebody is needed to assemble cabinets and position them, along with the new bench top (you need to size and trim to shape, etc), reinstall the sink , etc. A plumber may be needed to reinstall the sink tap and sink drain. Lastly, a small amount of tiling will be necessary for bench top, etc.

Looking for a licensed plumber and electrician (or a team capable of both trades) to carry out works associated with a new kitchen installation in Mordialloc. The kitchen layout will remain largely unchanged, with the sink, oven, cooktop and dishwasher staying substantially in their current locations. Electrical works: - Disconnect existing appliances during demolition. - Supply and install a dedicated circuit from the switchboard for a new induction cooktop. - Wire and connect the induction cooktop. - Reconnect existing electric oven. - Relocate or install any required power points. - Test and provide compliance certificates. Plumbing / Gas works: - Disconnect and permanently cap the existing gas line to the cooktop. - Install and connect the new sink and mixer tap. - Reconnect dishwasher. - Carry out any minor plumbing adjustments required to suit the new cabinetry. - Test and certify works where required. The work will need to be completed in stages and coordinated with the kitchen installers: - Initial disconnects during demolition. - Rough-in after old kitchen removal. - Final fit-off after cabinets and benchtops are installed.
