STAGE 1 I am looking for a skilled 3D designer to turn my black and white 2D office fitout design plan (I can provide .dwg plan)and create 3 rendered images. That is 1 plan and 2 axonometric views. Based on my existing floor plan and reference pictures of the existing space. I need it to match or exceed the quality of a previous project which I will attach. They need to be suitable for use in a professional presentation submission. STAGE 2 Create 3D colour rendered view of reception including reception desk and waiting area. Create 3D colour rendered view within Boardroom showing table, feature cabinetry and feature ceiling. Create 3D colour rendered view within Lunchroom showing tables and feature cabinetry. Create 2 x 3D axonometric versions of a standard meeting room with alternate finishes. OPTIONAL STAGE 3 Ideally include the ability to generate a fly-through or walkthrough animation of the space. Requirements: Previous experience with architectural modelling. Ability to work from 2D floor plans and aesthetic references. Strong attention to detail. Please include in your reply: Examples of similar architectural work you've completed. Estimated cost and turnaround time. NEEDS COMPLETION WITHIN 1 week or less. No AI is acceptable.

Posted before and had to delete because of overwhelming number of ridiculous offers. I am not looking for a graphic designer. If you have once designed a pamphlet with a kid on it, please don’t apply. If you’re a graphic designer who also does kids books, great. I want to speak to you! Someone who has experience making hand-drawn (NO AI) illustrations for young minds. Not so interested in digital art either, animation type stuff, instead I prefer watercolour, sketches, that sort of thing. I have 3 books with 13-20 illustrations each, I’d like to finish at least one in time to print for my daughter for Xmas present. I will pay per illustration, a good price, and we’ll do as much work as possible together. Hopefully you can make a character sort of look like my daughter then we’ll make a series of books for her together. Thank you for your applications
