Hi I'm looking for someone or two people to do the video recording, mixing and audio set up for a community event at a Town hall. There will be 500 community members in attandance. There will be speeches, a dinner, and a few video reels. This AV expert must have a video camera set up, be able to mix video for the big screens in the hall (between a live video of the speaker, turning to holding slides, and to other video clip/reels) and must be able to manage the audio from the microphone and videos at the same time. Event is 630pm - 1030pm.
