I have a 31-second video ad uploaded in Meta Ads Manager. The audio plays fine in Ads Manager desktop preview, but on live Facebook/Instagram Reels on mobile, the sound is grayed out with the message "This reel has no sound." What I need: Diagnose the issue: Inspect my MP4 file (audio codec, stereo vs. multi-channel/mono, sample rate) and verify whether Meta Content ID is auto-muting the background music track on live Reels. Fix & Re-export: If the audio codec/channel format is wrong, re-encode to AAC-LC Stereo. If the background music is flagged for copyright, replace it with a commercially licensed track (or a track from Meta Sound Collection) while keeping my spoken voiceover intact. Deliver: Send back a ready-to-upload MP4 file that plays sound seamlessly across all mobile devices and desktop feeds. I will provide the video file via Google Drive.
