I’m a Sydney founder building a YouTube channel that shows the real side of running a social enterprise and a disability support business: what we do, who we do it with, and why it matters. I need an experienced editor to turn my raw footage into one long form documentary style YouTube video telling my story. The task Edit one YouTube video, around 15 to 20 minutes final length Raw footage is a mix of phone and camera clips, plus voiceovers I recorded separately Build my story into a documentary style edit with a clear arc and a strong opening that hooks someone who has never heard of me Clean up audio, add music, colour correct, and add simple on screen text where it helps Design one thumbnail (composited style, like Davie Fogarty’s YouTube thumbnails) Up to two rounds of revisions What I’m looking for Proven long form YouTube editing experience. Please include links to videos you’ve edited Someone who can edit across different formats: documentary style, behind the scenes, day in the life and storytelling. This video is documentary style, but future videos will mix these up Great storytelling and pacing. You can find the moments that matter in hours of unscripted footage A real, natural style. No overproduced edits, no AI generated look, and transitions only where they earn their place The people in the footage come first, not in the background Reliable with deadlines and good communication Details Footage shared through Dropbox Turnaround: within 5 to 7 days Software is up to you (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut) When you make an offer, please include Links to two or more long form videos you’ve edited, ideally showing different styles Your expected turnaround Which software you use

I’m looking for a talented and creative video editor to help transform footage from my recent mountaineering expedition in the Himalayas, Nepal, into high-quality Instagram Reels. I’ve recently climbed Mera Peak (6,476m) and have plenty of footage captured on my GoPro and iPhone. I’m after someone who can think outside the box and create visually striking, cinematic reels with unique transitions, clever editing techniques, engaging hooks and well-timed audio. I’m not looking for basic cuts with music over the top. I want content that stands out from the typical travel and adventure reels you see on Instagram. My goal is to grow my personal Instagram account, build an adventure-focused personal brand and produce content that attracts attention, engagement and potential sponsorship opportunities. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who: * Has experience creating cinematic Instagram Reels. * Can execute creative, seamless and unexpected transitions. * Understands storytelling, pacing, sound design and audience retention. * Can bring their own creative ideas to the project. * Has a portfolio demonstrating similar work. There is potential for ongoing work if we work well together. Please include examples of your previous edits when applying.

I'm looking for a skilled cinematic video editor to create THREE Instagram Reels, approximately 25 seconds each, for a luxury boat and towel brand launch. Footage: I will supply raw drone footage filmed during a boat event. Creative direction: Premium yacht advertising, luxury lifestyle, cinematic travel films and high-end brand campaigns. What I need: - Select the strongest, sharpest footage and remove unusable clips. - Create three distinct 20-25 second vertical Reels (9:16). - Use smooth, professional transitions, well-timed cuts and tasteful speed ramps. - Make the footage feel like a continuous visual journey through the event. - Showcase the boat, ocean, guests enjoying themselves and towels on deck chairs. - Apply consistent cinematic colour grading and suitable licensed music. I'll have a couple music requests for 2 of the videos. - Make the edits engaging from the first second, with a polished luxury-brand finish. I will supply reference videos showing the style I like. I'll have around 2 to 3 hours worth of drone footage but a lot of it will be to drone hovering and can be cut out. Please quote a fixed price for the three Reels, including revisions on each (if needed). Please send examples of similar yacht, luxury real estate, travel or drone-led brand videos you've edited. I want the finished videos ready to post on Instagram, not just an editing template. If you would in DaVinci Resolve, it would be ideal as I'd love to have to editable version once complete.
