**Video Editor Needed – Turn Raw Cleaning Footage Into Reels and Website Content** I’m looking for an experienced video editor to work through approximately 300 raw video clips filmed for my cleaning company. The clips vary in length, with some being very short and others containing longer sections of footage. I need someone who can review everything, select the strongest footage and turn it into as many high-quality, usable pieces of content as reasonably possible. The work will include: * Reviewing and organising approximately 300 raw clips * Colour grading and improving the overall visual consistency * Cutting the footage into engaging Instagram and Facebook Reels * Creating additional short-form social media posts * Producing suitable video content for use on our website * Removing unnecessary or repetitive footage * Exporting the finished content in the correct formats and dimensions The footage includes cleaning work, before-and-after content and general promotional material for the business. When applying, please include: * Examples of similar video editing or social media work * An estimate of how many finished media items you believe can be produced from the footage * Your total price for completing the project * What your price includes, such as captions, text overlays, music, revisions and different export sizes * Your expected turnaround time I’m looking for someone who can use their judgement creatively rather than simply cutting the clips together. We're a dance education company filming instructional and promotional content on the Sunshine Coast, ideally in or near Caloundra. Filming only — editing is handled separately, so you're delivering raw footage. Three shoot days, one per week: Day 1 — One instructor, to-camera pieces plus two mat exercises. ~5 hrs Day 2 — Group class with adult students, plus short testimonial interviews and to-camera reels. ~5 hrs Day 3 — Two instructors, ten exercise demonstrations plus a short product segment. ~6.5 hrs, full day Dates: between 24 August and 18 September. Mondays and Fridays anytime; Tuesdays from 1pm with setup before. Day 3 needs a full day, so not a Tuesday. You'll need: Own camera, lighting and audio (lapel or boom mic essential — clear audio matters, there's a lot of spoken content) Horizontal and vertical required - not simultaneously.
