I need to have an old velux blind removed and replaced with a new blind (type GGL 606).

Kenwood pantry drawer broken which concealed screws and needs fixing. Three bathroom tiles need reattaching

Light currently comes through the door. I need someone to look at the door and see if it's just the door or the frame as well. I need the whole solution from start to finish.

My bathtub never had a shower screen, so I got one and I need it fixed in.

- check Vacuum cleaner not working i think tenants just don't know how to put all the pieces back after they opened to clean it ⁠- main bathroom lock not locking need fixing - ⁠the sink is clogged for the en-suite bathroom but not fully maybe pipe just need cleaning so let's do a pipe cleaning for all 3 sinks, shower and bath as well if possible - ⁠all bed make noise while switching sides so need screw tightening and applying wd40 with silicon which I bought already - hang 6 jacket wall racks in all rooms on a wall, confirm with me the location in each room - balcony door handle is loos need tightening - hang a mirror which have 3m glue stickers on it no drilling needed - replace hinges on 2 kitchen cabinets door which I bought already - Hang fire extinguisher and blanket in the kitchen, confirm the location with me - Check fire alarms are working - lift the cooker hob just to get the serial number for me to order new knobs for this model

I need to fix a venetian blind (first two pictures) that's stuck because of an issue with one thread. I'd also ask for adjusting two roller blinds in the ceiling which seem to be adjusted badly (last two pictures). I'm based in St Edmunds, next to Liffey Valley. Are you available to fix it?
