Job Description: I am looking for a reliable, multi-skilled carpenter to complete several upgrades in my 2-bedroom apartment in Dublin 2. I have already purchased all materials (skirting boards, and wood). You only need to provide your own professional tools and labor. The Task List: Skirting boards throughout 65-70 m2 apartment (mitre cuts for corners required). Carpentry: 1) Wall-mount TV and TV unit table ( TV unit slab need to cut and do finishes) 2) wall mount console table (cut and finishes) 3) compartments in cupboards General Maintenance: Fix/tighten loose door locks and kitchen cupboard hinges. Curtail poles - 3 big windows Timeline: I expect this to take roughly 1.5 full day. I am looking for someone who can work efficiently to complete the list within this timeframe. Requirements: Must have your own saw and drill Previous experience with carpenter and skirting is essential Budget: I am offering €400 for the total labor for this project. Location: Dublin 2
