I tried to turn the valve off under the sink for the cold water but it had no affect. There was no valve for the hot water. I couldn't locate the mains to turn all the supply off. Here's the work that needs to be done: - flushing toilet 1 only working after a few tries; - flushing toilet 2 works fine, but low flow of water, so toilet papers usually dont go down very easily (maybe limescape blocking the flow of water?) - replace kitchen sink tap (hot water handle is probably needs a replacement, wasnt working properly (not closing)) - i'm also considering replacing the entire sink + tap for a new one, same model, just to be newer

Hi There, I have a Sage Barista Express and have recently started encountering an issue when pulling espresso shots. The issue is around the portafilter/group head not having a strong enough contact with the rubber gasket/seal, so when the pressure starts building during the brew, the hot water and coffee grinds leak out the side of the portafilter. I initially changed the gasket a number of times but on further investigation online, it seems the threads that lock the portafilter in place are not tight enough, and the screws on the inside of the machine need tightening(as far as I'm aware).

There is an external PVC pipe which needs to be either replaced or reconnected to the internal PVC pipe protruding from the back wall of the building which i work in.

There is low water pressure coming from the shower head, only when it's set to hot. This is not the case when the hot tap is on in the kitchen.

A leak from our shower has caused the bottom of the wooden door frame to rot & will need to be replaced.

There seems to be leaking at ground floor from the ceiling when showering at one of the bathroom upstairs.
