Hi, we need a fortnightly cleaner for a three bedroom house. 2 bathrooms, one lounge room, one dining room, and a kitchen /open plan, total floor space 160sqm. Single storey. Hardwood and tile floors with one bedroom carpeted and two large rugs in another bedroom and the lounge room. We have toddlers so there will be a bit of clutter but we will generally endevaour to tidy a bit before hand. Expect all surfaces, showers, toilets, etc cleaned thoroughly including regular grout cleaning, nooks and crannies in showers, mopping hardwood and tiles, vacuuming rest and so on. $180 per fortnight is our hard budget, no more no less. Based on past experience this is a 2 hour job, might be doable in 1.5 hours but based on past experience probably need closer to 2 hours.
