House Cleaner – Hendra (every 4 weeks) Small single-storey 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house in Hendra. Friendly small dog. Looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner for ongoing maintenance cleaning (every 4 weeks). Scope includes 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet, vanity), kitchen surfaces, vacuuming & mopping floors, dusting and general tidy. We just moved in so the place is isn't too dirty right now, and it's well maintained and kept tidy between cleans. Must bring own equipment and products. ABN and public liability insurance preferred. $140 per clean (every 4 weeks). Initial meeting & first clean : Either Wednesday 22/4 or Thursday 23/4 (I will meet you at house for first one). Once we're off and running : Flexible weekday timing on either a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday between 7:30am-3:30pm (but needs to be same day each time once set), and long-term arrangement preferred.

Everything in an end of lease clean, but our place is mainly very dusty. With two cats there is a lot cat hair around. Needs a good dust, wash and disinfect all surfaces, windows, window sills, doors and door frames, Spot clean walls where they are dirty, sliding door tracks at the entrance, skirting boards everywhere cleaned, tile grout in the ensuite and main bathroom (just the grout and tiles on floor and in the shower cleaned in main bathroom as we will clean the rest of the main bathroom ourselves). Kitchen cupboards inside and out, and kitchen draws. The ensuite bathroom is small, but the whole ensuite bathroom. In the main bedroom the sliding wardrobe door tracks are dusty. Just pretty much an all over thorough, top to bottom clean. We have a steam mop but we will do that ourselves once the floor is mopped / disinfected and everything else in the house is clean.
