Edited: I cut and paste the list from the routine email list. Basically similar to a bond clean but with all furnishings still in place so technically no not a bond clean. I usually do all this myself before inspection but I recently had surgery and I cannot physically do it all alone. I keep the house clean as best I can but to prepare for inspection which is now a few days before I have fully recovered I need an extra hand with this n ideally to have the requirements in the list below met. We sweep mop wipe clean on the daily. But ideally on 24 or 25 to ensure house is just sparkling clean before inspection because I have a hospital review on 26/2 same day as inspection i will be unavailable to do this myself.
