Looking for someone to clean my home whilst I recover from surgery. To start asap we will be home whilst you are here. Looking for weekly clean (about 2 hours on a weekday but not Mondays) for two months or so maybe longer if going well. 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 living home with two small dogs that live indoors but can be put outside whilst you are here. Wanting bathrooms and floors cleaned and general tidy up (carpet and tile upstairs and wood floors downstairs). Approx 200m2 internal. We are looking for a new cleaner/team of 2 to do a general whole house clean of our 5 bed 3 bath double storey home on a fortnightly basis (2 showers are not used). Task is for a clean time of 4 hours for 1 person or 2hrs for a team of 2. Cleaner/s must be female, reliable, trustworthy, thorough and have good attention to detail. This household has small children (including a newborn), so well mannered and non-smoking preferred. I have all the cleaning equipment and cleaning products but if you prefer to use yours that is also fine. I am flexible with cleaning days General cleaning such as: - change bedsheets - wash clothes and bedsheets & putting away - vacuuming carpets - mopping inside tiles and outside deck - kitchen (incl oven, toaster, microwave etc) and bathrooms (thoroughly) - take bins out including nappy bins - dusting - cleaning windows and flyscreens (interior) etc If happy with the cleaner/s then will move to fortnightly clean operating at $25/hr/cleaner.
