Hello, Looking for a regular, fortnightly cleaner for my home in Forest Lake. It is a 2 story home with no carpets. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 study, 3 toilets and 2 baths. We have DVA approval for internal house cleaning. There is 2 kinds of DVA approved. Gold card in which you have a contract with DVA. Ours is White Card Specific. If you know the system you will know how they do the payments. It’s not difficult, just different to Gold Card. We have been approved for 28 services per year. So approximately every 2 weeks. You would be submitting an invoice to DVA. If you know the system you will know they require you to submit an invoice as per their criteria. DVA tells me if invoices are done as per their criteria it will be paid 9-10 days. Up to 3 hours per service.

Edited: I cut and paste the list from the routine email list. Basically similar to a bond clean but with all furnishings still in place so technically no not a bond clean. I usually do all this myself before inspection but I recently had surgery and I cannot physically do it all alone. I keep the house clean as best I can but to prepare for inspection which is now a few days before I have fully recovered I need an extra hand with this n ideally to have the requirements in the list below met. We sweep mop wipe clean on the daily. But ideally on 24 or 25 to ensure house is just sparkling clean before inspection because I have a hospital review on 26/2 same day as inspection i will be unavailable to do this myself.
